About me

I graduated with from the University of Mary Washington with my Master's degree in Middle School Mathematics. Before I became a teacher, I was an ASE-certified automotive technician working mostly at Ford Dealerships. While I had fun repairing cars, I felt like my calling was to help people with math--- that's why I became a Math Teacher.

When it comes to hobbies, I have plenty of them. I like to build model rockets and scale-model airplanes, travel with my wife and kids, and work on cars. Maybe next year I'll get back into restoring cars --- perhaps an older corvette or mustang.
